Heather Fallon
Chief Clinical Officer
Heather Fallon is the chief clinical officer of AAC. Heather has worked in different capacities within AMS since 2013. Prior to AAC, Heather worked with Mobile Anesthesiologists for six years in different nursing roles including the director of clinical operations. Heather’s nursing career also includes work at Rush University Medical Center and travel nursing for four years. She received a BS in nursing from Purdue University.
Heather Fallon is an unstoppable dynamo, combining incredible leadership ability and an obsessive focus on growth with a keen clinical mind. When she’s not helping AAC practice clients expand facilities and optimize best practices, she’s driving our expert recruiting team to new heights and still finds time to stay sharp by treating patients in the field.
