Jason Helfert is the chief growth officer of AAC. Prior to joining AAC in 2023, Jason held various sales and leadership positions in the insurance and employee benefits industry for over 21 years with The Horton Group, Chubb and Aon. Jason received his BS in marketing & business administration from Carthage College.
Jason brings an incredible perspective to the most unpredictable part of the business of healthcare: human relationships. Under Jason’s guidance, new practices are brought into the fold, new clients are shown a brighter future, and teams here at AAC are ushered through the exciting challenges of explosive growth.
