Josh Gantz
Chief Financial Officer
Josh Gantz is the chief financial officer of AAC, a role he has had since AAC’s founding in 2011. Prior to AAC, Josh was an associate at M3 Capital Partners, a real estate investment banking and private equity firm. He received a BS in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
As chief financial officer, Josh Gantz oversees nearly every element of AAC’s business, down to the practice level. With an analytical approach to understanding every department’s needs to ensure continued growth and success, Josh and his team steward AAC through CEO Scott Mayer’s “biznical” approach, maximizing patient safety and team morale while ensuring a long, bright financial future for AAC and its partner practices.
